FAQ

Frequent questions, short answers.

What needs to be clear before names and itineraries are shared.

How far in advance should we brief you for an artist arriving in Turkey?

As soon as flights and hotels are firm. Even at 72 hours we can still stand up advance, transfers and a backstage line — earlier briefing simply makes the operation quieter.

What does a travel security report actually include?

A destination snapshot, hotel and venue assessment, airport procedure, primary and alternate routes, medical and emergency lines, local contacts and recommended movement windows. Names and itineraries stay confidential.

Does secure transportation mean armed protection?

No. The default is a low-profile, planned and monitored vehicle line. Armed capacity is discussed only if the threat picture and legal framework require it.

Are event security and close protection the same team?

Same command, different tasks. The principal line stays separate from doors, backstage and VIP corridors. We join both in one briefing.

Who is household security training for?

Nannies, private drivers and house managers. The aim is that the people closest to the household share the same standard for early warning, visitor control and discretion.

Do you publish client names?

No. References are shared only with explicit client consent. The site lists only public assignments and general fields of experience.

Next step

Talk through the need before sharing the itinerary.

Names are not required. City, date window and service type are enough.
